Dear Bridge-friends in Slovenia!

As I do not speak your language, I have to write in English. I do know that most bridge-players in Slovenia speak German, but for the first time I think it will be better to write in English.

I have got your adresses from the internet an I try with this letter, weather I have the correct e-mail-adresses.

We in Carinthia have the intention to inform you - from time to time - about the more interesting tournaments here in Carintha or if you - by hazard - will be in Klagenfurt my have the interest to play bridge in one of our Bridge-Clubs.

Klagenfurt has two days and two restaurants where bridge is played regularyly:

Allways from 19:00

Monday: The Klagenfurter Stadt-Klub, in the Bahnhofstraße, "Hirter Botschaft",

Wednesday: The Kärntner Bridge-Klub, in the "Messerestaurant"

This year we try to organize Bridge in a new place in Carinthia, the Längsee.

The first event her will be this weekend, from friday to sunday (23.-24. April) (I admitt that we are a "little" bit "late" with our information, but .....we never know.....)

I will add here the invitational sheet.

We do not know, who really will be interested in this event.

One of the former well known tournaments, where many, many players from slovenia were seen, will be the "International-Josefi-Turnier" in Pörtschach, which did not take place the last five years.

This year the it will be on friday the 11 th of june and saturday, the 12 th of june

Also from this tournament I will add the invitational sheet.
